Albins pieces are always telling a story or enhancing a story. His process usually begins with a theme or a phrase, inspired by the music or the setting. He is known for creating explosive choreographies because of his drive to constantly challenge the range of motion within the time given. Combining this and taking inspiration from everyday situations and gestures, his work often makes you unsure of whether to laugh or to cry, be angry or happy.
