Sara always says that she doesn’t choose the process, the process choses her. Each creative project is different. Sometimes it’s the lyrics that sets the process in motion, the next time it can be a specific sound in the song or an experience she is having. She never knows until it’s revealed. She trusts the process to guide her in her creativity. She doesn’t follow her mind, she always goes with her heart when working and in life in general. That is where she hears the vibration that makes her see visions of what she is meant to create at that particular time.
